In a conscious style and fashion, the late great Sugar Minott and Luciano song about the state of government, institution and in turn society! 

Originally recorded in Jamaica in the '00s and never previously released, the vocal has been reworked on a brand new Riddim by the mighty Numa Crew Ina rootikal stepper style!

This is a heavy Riddim with soundsystem in mind!

Deep bass, sweet melody and hard drums with interesting and complex percussion throughout. And in true soundsystem style this is a 4 part excursion with Vocal, Dub and an uplifting Horns cut plus the Riddim version!
